These classes are a great introduction to the world of comprehensive gymnastics. Your athlete will receive a well-rounded experience for all components of gymnastics each time they come to class: strength and conditioning, flexibility, body shapes, skill terminology, and a progression of the skills needed on each event. Tumbling components on floor will include the very basics like multi-directional rolls, handstands, cartwheels, round offs, and bridges, leading all the way up to skills like front and back handsprings, front and back tucks, pikes, and layouts. Vault will focus running technique, board entries, blocking, and general body shapes needed for proper landing. Bars will focus on grip strength, types of swings and their necessary shapes, timing, regrips, and technique, basic skills like pullovers, back and front hip circles, squat ons, under swings, sole circles, and more as athletes progress through their levels. Beam will focus on the very basics like getting on and off the beam safely, core, ankle, and foot strength needed for balance, walking, hopping, jumping, all the way through handstands, cartwheels, dismounts, and more.

GYMNASTICS- TINY TOTS: 45 MINUTES WITH A CAREGIVER. 2-3 YEARS OLD
Your tiny tot will explore the world of gymnastics with their favorite caregiver. Mom, dad, grandma, or even a babysitter is welcome to join your tiny tot each week in class as they begin work on strength, balance and cross body mobility. This class is perfect for our tiniest tots to become more comfortable with the idea of leaving the comfort of their care giver for the first time.
GYMNASTICS- MINI TOTS: 45 MINUTES. 3 YEAR OLDS
Our Mini Tots are ready to try the gym on their own. Lots of work on strength, balance, coordination and continued work on cross body mobility. Our Minis will get to experience each component of gymnastics including tumbling, beam and bars in addition to work on the trampoline and springboards.
GYMNASTICS- MIGHTY KIDS: 60 MINUTES 5 YEAR OLDS
For our 5 year old gymnasts we call them our MIGHTY KIDS! Although the structure of the class is much like the Super and Mini Tots with weekly focus on strength, balance, coordination and cross body mobility, we know will also expect our Mighty Kids to retain information week to week to begin building on our skills. Our Mighty Kids will also get to experience each component of gymnastics including tumbling, beam and bars in addition to work on the trampoline and springboards in preparation for moving into the Beginning Gymnastics programs.
GYMNASTICS- BEGINNER: 60 MINUTES 6 AND UP
Beginners will learn beginner skills while focusing on technique, and body positions of the fundamentals of all gymnastic events. We will be working on cartwheels, forward and backward rolls, along with developing the overall strength for bars and increased balance/coordination for beam. Your child is probably ready for beginner if they are able to keep focus for 1 hour, can retain info from week to week, and is showing an interest in learning the sport of gymnastics.
GYMNASTICS- SUPER BEGINNER, INTERMEDIATE AND ADVANCED: 60-90 MINUTES AND WITH COACH EVALUATION ONLY
